DO NOT BOOK this COMPANY. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I have had my car shipped multiple times before, and this is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I was contacted by Andy who said he would have my Nissan (a small vehicle) shipped from NC to FL for $300, which was all a lie. This company and Andy pulled the BAIT and SWITCH. Andy had me sign a contract right away to lock me in with BWT Group LLC, DBA Movewheels, and prevent me from working with other companies. I was stuck in the contract with BWT Group LLC for 5 days and 5 days actually passed, and still, Andy did not find me a driver. A few times within the 5 days, I texted Andy to get an update on finding me a driver, and Andy took forever to respond. Not once did Andy reach out to me first, his client, to give an update until day 6. On day 6, Andy reached out to me saying that he found me a driver for $550. Definitely not the price listed in my contract. On top of that another company reached out to me with screenshots and said that BWT Group LLC, DBA Movewheels listed my vehicle for $595 when this whole time Andy was telling me that it was listed for $300. Wow, more lies. I should have listened to the reviews telling me not to work with this company, but I didn't. Please do not ignore the negative reviews when you are deciding to ship your precious vehicle. Andy and BWT Group LLC, your main priority should be helping clients get their vehicles shipped promptly and safely, not trying to use BAIT and SWITCH to lock them in and make as much money as possible for yourself. DO BETTER AND STOP LYING TO PEOPLE!
