My move was cross country and off the main path. They had me a guaranteed pickup sooner than anyone else at a reasonable price. The driver they had unfortunately backed out do to lack of other cars in the area signing on. But they did have me one the next day at an increased rate. They took and covered $500 to help make up for the inconveniences. The trip took a little over a week to get the car and it was all in good shape. Appreciate the speed and help during the move.
