Kelly Shlapak was really responsive. I only had less than a week to arrange my 2014 Ford Focus to be transported from North Dakota to Michigan. She was patient in giving me quotes to different zip codes until we agreed upon the price of $925. $150 was deducted from my credit card upon pick up and the remaining balance of $775 was paid in cash to the driver. When Kelly was not around, Kyle was also really helpful in answering my questions with regards to the terms and conditions.
The driver assigned to me was Mr. Luke Looney. He was awesome and pleasant to deal with. He transported my car safely. He even said I should have been able to put extra stuff in my car. That's my only regret since I could have saved a lot by doing that but I was told that I am only able to put in 100 lbs of stuff.
I was only given the contact number of the driver a day before of the agreed pick up date. If I was able to get hold of him earlier, I could have clarified about my extra baggage. Other than that, the transaction went smoothly.
