Beverly was very great with communication initially. My process was smooth they charged the lowest rates from going to FL to CA. Now, the reason I won’t be using them again is that my car was scratched and I tried reaching out to them because they said I had coverage while purchasing service through them. I called her office multiple times and were told that she was always out doing something the first person actually told me I needed to contact my auto insurance not them ( my auto insurance told me that didn’t make sense and sounded like a scam) then she finally called back one day and let the phone ring once and hung up. Now she keeps spamming me asking for reviews. Would of had no problem giving 5stars but communication was super poor when I needed her the most!
