Jess at BWT was no good at all in helping me get my car out of a shop when I needed to get my car from Arkansas to Illinois. Jess lied to me about the price and about the service. They charged my credit card real quick without any action! Mike at Godspeed Transport was a major help and stopped me from getting any extra fees and was honest from the beginning and kept in contact with me and had my car picked up and delivered by great drivers! Most important, Mike didn't have to LIE to me like Jess and BTW.
