I contracted with Movewheels based on a decent price and friendly shipping agent, that was a mistake. Gave them plenty of notice for a pickup of the car, they even suggested the first available date and we agreed on that. Once I signed order I never heard from them. The first available day came and went and still nothing. I contacted the shipping agent who said they would talk with the dispatcher to get information for me, and then nothing. Gave them space to do their thing until the 4th day after first available pickup when I'd still not heard anything. Called their office and the staff were completely confused. Had the shipping agent contact me back which still didn't result in a firm date of pickup. An hour later I get a call from some guy who didn't really identify himself, said he had been contacted by movewheels to see if they could ship my car for me, which he could do a couple of days later for twice the agreed upon price that was quoted by movewheels. The terms and conditions specifically state that if they haven't picked-up the vehicle within 5 days of the first pickup date I could opt-out, so I gladly did and am now working with another carrier that will hopefully have better ethics and communications skills than this crowd.
