Never done this before, but if I need to, I will use anyone else. Had an oversized vehicle so I specifically called and spoke with them and told them and asked how the process worked. We spoke via phone and text numerous times and information changed constantly. Was given a quote they couldn't honor. Explained the situation and asked about the payment and then they did something different. I turned down many others because they were the first to respond to my inquiry. Lesson learned, don't go with the first response. Don't waste your time, choose someone else. Very disappointed in their communication and responses. They even hung up on the delivery location. Very unprofessional.
