David Mackenzie coordinated the transport form Jax to LBG on my 75 Caprice Classic (Donk Vert) This was a very stressful transport I had my car posted on the National Board by multiple companies, without my consent. I simply called to inquire about a quote and unbeknownst to me they had placed my car on the board at a rate that was much higher than what they had quoted me. Never mind the fact that they did not have a signed contract from me or a deposit. This was very frustrating. When David step in he immediately found a driver and did not request a card until after the driver was in route to collect my car. Even though the other companies forced me to bid against myself on the national board, David actually managed to quote me below what the other companies had me on the board at. His dedication to customer service and tenacity to stick with it and get it done was out of this world. Constant communication throughout the entire process. I could call him literally any time of day or night and if I didn’t get a phone call I got a response via txt. Great customer service! Honest and packed with integrity! I will continue to call on him for all of my future vehicle moves. I would suggest you do the same!!!
