Do not waste your time, energy or money with this company. Once booking with this company they became extremely hard to reach.
The agent in which I booked with was Beverly but during the process I also encountered Prince and Richard.
I do understand things happen and plans change, however I do NOT understand lack of communication when you run a business.
The night of my scheduled pickup the driver reached out to let me know that “he was hopeful for that evening however he was waiting on others in the area”. At no point during that day had I heard from Beverly or any colleagues, after I had attempted to call earlier in the day and after connecting via text with the driver.
The following morning I called multiple times, no answer. However, there was an email in the mist of my calls to let me know my driver cancelled, yet they were working on it. Once getting Prince on the phone prior to responding to the email he was unaware of the cancellation; I informed him of it. So here starts with a morning full of “we are working on it statements, unanswered phones, ignored text/emails and failures to call back”. Even after informing them of the urgency and the HUGE inconvenience being had on my end, no communication, no rebooking, no nothing.
Here’s where I became very upset... I called MULTIPLE times from the number associated with my booking, emailed, and texted, all to be IGNORED. Well guess what, once I called from a different number they answered nearly on the first ring. How unprofessional is that?! I verbally cancelled, shared my thoughts and still not one person had responded to any of my text or emails.
Again, things happen but communication and consideration as a business owner is a MUST and this company lacks that! Don’t waste your time!
