signed a contract with Moveonwheels to pick up a car in NY and transport the car GA. It was assigned a driver and scheduled for pu on 03/11. The assigned driver showed up but the car gm has been sitting and need to charge the battery. The driver didn’t not charge the battery long enough and therefore made contact with the broker to tell her such (Beverly Glen). Before signing the contract I shared with the broker that the car had been sitting and may not start. Well the car was not picked up as expected and I lost contact with Beverly. She did not call us back, her voicemail was full and we were rerouted to several different people. It is now 3/16 and still no communication from her. Well let me not say that, we received a email on Saturday 3/14 from Beverly stating she was still looking for some with a winch that could haul the car. Needless to say, we started working with another broker without a contract who could get us a driver with a winch in a matter of days. This alone lead me to believe Beverly was our for the brokers fee. As understand the business now, I was told most of these companies use the same system and my information had been floating out there and they shared the broker never requested a winch. There are sharks fishing to take consumers money. Poor customer service poor communication. I would not recommend this company as a low price does not mean quality service!
