I used MoveWheels to ship my car across country. The car was shipped and arrived damaged free and as discussed with the driver who was actually shipping it. However, I had a contract that said my pick up date marked as "No Earlier Than" but they gave they provided a day earlier pick up which threw my schedule off. I had to incur additional cost out of pocket to rearrange my plans (things like picking up the rental truck, using lyft/uber to get around and even drop my child off at daycare because no car earlier than planned, having to fly my moving partner in instead of driving to pick them up, lost of deposit on reserved rooms for the move because of having to speed up timetable and canceling outside of the refundable window, etc.). I called and no one answer, I would send emails and would get a response or two then nothing.
I then got an email asking me to do a review and in the email it said, "Say it was Beverly" who helped me. Well you asked me to do it so I am. It was Beverly who I interacted with.
I even had to open a Better Business Bureau case and the ruling was found in my favor. Reasoning provided by BBB documentation provided and the company MoveWheels stop responding to the complaint and inquiry from the BBB. And I would suggest you check their ranking on the BBB page, they have a history of issues. They have a "F" rating, currently not accredited with the BBB, and have 3 alerts as flagged with the BBB (pattern of complaints).
