I just tried to book with a company and was told that I am confirmed on the board with BWT and I have never had correspondence with them about booking a haul. I called, got passed around to finally getting a voicemail and now they won't answer my calls. I have not definitely not corresponded with any freight companies as I just completed the transaction and called the first company that I was planning to do business with.
