I was originally going to have my Honda CRV picked up on Friday but there was a carrier available on Tuesday and I agreed for that day instead. They quoted me $775 for moving my car from Minnesota to Raleigh, NC in 3 days. Beverly was in touch with me 2 days before the pick-up but suddenly didn't call me the day before or on the day. I also didn't hear from the driver on the day of the pickup. I panicked a bit and called the company to see if the car was going to be picked up or not. Other people from the company called me to confirm that the car will be picked up in the evening. Finally, I head from the driver around 6pm (even though the pick up was between 4:30pm to 6pm) and told me that he will be there in 45 minutes or so. My car was then picked up that Tuesday night as scheduled. Afterwards, I called the driver on Thursday to check the status. After a missed call, the driver called me back and told me that he could do Thursday late night or Friday early morning. The driver came on Friday at 8am to deliver my vehicle. I checked my car for any damage and looked at the mileage. When everything looked good, I paid the driver the amount that was pre-fixed and he was on his way. It all went very smoothly with just a few hiccups. Overall, great service and good carrier!
