I have never had a car shipped before so this was a completely new exercise for me. After shopping rates, I went with this company not because they were the least expensive (although they were comparatively low) but because Frank returned my phone calls quickly and was very good at explaining the process prior to booking. Once booked, Frank kept in touch with me up until the car was picked up at the point of origin. Again, I was a novice at this, so communication was a priority! I would definitely recommend this company.
