STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. DON'T EVEN RESPOND! These people are working out of Dubai, but have masked their phone number to say Florida. The phone number 904-447-2929 shown on the texts is a private residence. Their phone rep "Stewart" kept giving us appointment times, 4 over the course of 5 days, to pick up a car for transport, and guess what, no one ever showed up or called. Just moments after signing a contract, the price quoted went up 25%. The next day, the price more than doubled. By the 5th day, they wanted over $1000, after we'd been quoted $475 initially. In the past when having cars towed, the driver would contact us. Not once were we able to speak to a driver. We started receiving text messages from BWT/Movewheels, claiming to be a driver (I looked up the phone numbers). After he missed the 2nd appt, he conveniently cancelled. THEY TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT, THEN WASTE HOURS AND HOURS OF YOUR TIME, texting & sending emails in broken english, saying someone is coming, then no one shows up (for the fourth time). They have absolutely no regard for the time, money & resources they waste. I even had 2 tow companies call me to tell me that reputable tow truck drivers won't even deal with them. Then they had the nerve to say that they had someone lined up and I didn't answer the phone so the driver cancelled (complete lies). This was only after I demanded a refund of the deposit and to cancel the contract. Suspect they were looking for a way to keep the deposit money, which they still haven't acknowledged or refunded. .I don't usually file complaints, but this is beyond bizarre behavior that is inexcusable. These people should be arrested or at least be barred from doing business in the US and harassing innocent people.
