Pay attention to the document that you sign make sure it is yours and the address is correct. I been talking with a guy named Alan Murphy. He had a carrier to have my truck transported from CA to MS. He sent me over a document to sign. As I over looked I notice it was not my document. So he sent me another one and signed it. When it came to time to have the truck picked up he carrier canceled. Okay it happens. Alan has 4 more days to get a carrier before the contract would be canceled. Couple days later he found one for a higher price. I took it and he sent me the document to sign. It need to be signed in a hurry before it’s to late for the new carrier to pick up truck. So I signed quickly. I asked him if there would be a way to track my truck he stated yes will have a tracking number. Couple days later I called for the tracking number and he told me they don’t offer that. I mentioned in our emails he claimed there is a tracking number but there was no number. So he gave 2 numbers to call. One number was to a women that had no clue what I was talking about and the other no one answered. My truck is being delivered the next day but I have no time frame. So I emailed the 3rd party that is in charge of my truck being delivered and he mention that the paperwork is being delivered to a city a hour and a half away. Which was part my fault for not checking the paper work again. Now I have to go pick up the truck. Through the last half of all this going on I texted and emailed and called Allan to get things figured out with no response back. All in all I guess I will get my truck. Just pay attention to their paper work and don’t expect a good communication from the guy named Alan Murphy. He wanted to put up a review for him so it can help him be promoted. If he get promoted this business is in trouble. Here you go Allan. Very unpleased with your action.
