I was a little worried because it was my first time transporting a vehicle, but working with John, he assured me that all will be fine and he will be willing to do his best to work with my schedule. I had originally requested for the car to be picked up on a Saturday, and when John called and asked if they can pick up the car a day early I started to panic a little bit, but to make a long story short, It all worked it out - not only for me but for the transporter as well. Car delivered on time and in perfect condition. I am super pleased my experience went well. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.
