Company sent me a quote I accepted. Vehicle was to be picked up by end of day. I contacted carrier assigned, was told they were cancelled. Contacted Bev Glen who told me they assigned a different carrier, a criminal organization that goes by Vega LLC out of Davenport FL. I told them to cancel it. They never did, instead, Vega LLC called me four days later to tell me they had my car. They had no idea where it was to be delivered, and when I told them Avon Park, they refused to deliver the car there. Instead, they dumped the car at a public parking lot in Orlando, cut the zip tie around the steering wheel and took the key. They held the key hostage for $100 cash. BWT Group DBA MoveWheels.com didn't give a damn about any of this. If you are reading this, stay away from this sham organization that relies on criminals to move your car.
