I received a quote from MoveWheels and I began an email exchange with Beverly. She responded quickly to all my questions. I decided to contract with her for the move. The contract was straight forward. One charge to my credit card when my car was picked up and then a different amount paid in cash to the driver upon delivery. Very clear and I agreed to both.
Beverly contracted with a driver and let me know when to expect pick-up. At the appointed time, the driver did not show up. I emailed Beverly and she was very apologetic saying the driver had canceled due to other vehicles postponing their transport. Beverly stated she would find a replacement transport asap. She communicated often over the next 36 hours ultimately finding a replacement driver.
The replacement driver wanted a higher price but it was in line with the other quotes I received, so I agreed. Beverly said that her company would even absorb part of the higher cost.
I was very happy with my experience and the extra effort that Beverly put in to make sure my car was moved as needed.
