Unreliable and dishonest!!!

I made arrangements weeks ago for Beverly with this company to have my car picked up on Friday 3/23 in Florida and dropped to Texas. Ref flag #1, I read the reviews and figured maybe I might get good luck, but boy was I wrong! I was notified that the car was available on Wednesday 3/21 so I contacted Beverly last week to let her know that the vehicle was ready for pick up earlier if need be. She told me that the pick up was scheduled for Friday and if she have a driver to pick up earlier she would let me know. Red flag #2, I didn't hear anything so I thought the pickup would be as scheduled on Friday as planned. I've done this before so when I didn't get any info on the driver, I emailed Beverly on Friday 3/23 to find out what's going on. Red flag #3, she emails me back on 3/24 Saturday afternoon- a day and a half later to tell me she didn't know the driver cancelled because other vehicles he had were cancelled so he wouldn't pick mine up. She told me to give her more time...Monday 3/26 she tells me she found a driver but instead of the 475 we agreed to, it's now 600 so I told them NO. She said they would take off 50 to make it 550- I agreed. She said she would give me the drivers contact info and I never got it! Red flag #4, I emailed her about it in the afternoon and didn't get a reply. I called the port to find out if my car was picked up and they said no! That's when I definitely knew I was dealing with a con artist! Beverly is extremely deceptive and dishonest! She finally tells me this morning that the driver didn't have a twic card and just didn't pick up my car yesterday and that she is still looking for a driver. Really?! I finally just requested in writing to cancel the contract because she would have kept me stringing on like a puppet for her own greedy benefit while my family is being inconvenienced without our car. I had to get another company to pick up my car. Find another company!! They're not worth your time or money!! Literally!!
