Eric from Movewheels did help us a lot but I am not too happy with driver. Driver was nice and picking up the phone, so no issues with communication. It's just that he was a day late and when he dropped the car, the rear license plate was missing. So it took another few days to get a new license plate and we ended up with the rental car for additional 5 days, which I didn't plan for. But thank you for your service, Eric!
