Ella stepped in when another transport company failed to get my car picked up and storage fees were mounting. ELLA to the rescue! Unlike my 'other' experience with no calls backs, days between updates... you get the picture. Ella made it her mission to get me connected to a hauler. She was responsive, very pleasant, professional and PROACTIVE in finding a hauler for the best price she could. The company she was able to contract for me was amazing. My car is home.. thanks to Ella
