I waited 2 weeks before making a decision. I was contacted by nearly 10 company reps.Jane as in touch often but not bothering. We emailed and finally talked and she gave me confidence in Movewheels. There was a cancellation and she made a call. Gave me the carriers number and we worked out a pick that evening. Stehan(sp) was very helpful. The car was delivered on time as a wedding present. I can't say enough good thing about Jane and Movewheels.
