I received exceptional customer service from Move Wheels and Anabella T. We hired a different company to ship our car to Dallas and it became apparent they were never going to assign a carrier despite paying them extra for a transport date by 10/16. In desperation, I called Move Wheels and several other companies on 10/18 to see if anyone could guarantee a transport date. When I first spoke with Move Wheels, like every other company, they could not guarantee a transport date until I signed a contract, which would put me in the exact same position I was already in. Then, Anabella called me back. After explaining the situation to her, she called me back just a few hours later with a transport for 10/21. We took a leap of faith and signed the contract. Two days later, Anabella called back and told me she had found an even earlier transport. The car was picked up a few hours later than planned, but the carrier was polite and delivered the car on time and in good condition. Anabella was an absolute life-saver!
