BWT Group (Movewheels) offered the best price and promised pickup ship my vehicle right away but that never happened. We signed their contract and gave payment info for the deposit. After that it was nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone and usually I was sent straight to voicemail. I was informed by another broker that BWT was offering $1,400 for a driver and they sent me screen shots showing it in the system. So obviously, BWT was not going to ship my vehicle for the $975 that they promised. BWT left me in limbo and cost me time and money since I had to wait the 5 days to cancel our contract and pay a higher price to anther broker because I was now in a rush and needed my vehicle to be shipped. I would not recommend this company at all. Service is terrible and they don't actually care about their customers. No one ever called me to give me any kind of update on my shipment, I had to chase them down over the phone and email so they could tell me their lies about when my vehicle would be picked up.
