This company is the most unprofessional organization I have ever used. Beverly "the crook" Glen give me a firm price and sent over the contract and we made the deal. On the day of the pickup the driver calls me to tell me that it will be more money. Beverly did nothing to fix it. She then told me that if I agreed to the price she would wave some of her commission. When I saw my credit card statement she charged the entire amount. It was a good thing that I checked my statement and when my car arrived I gave the driver the adjusted amount. She will tell you anything to sign the contract. Also don't expect the car to be picked up or delivered when they say. They know that the have you by the balls and show up whenever they want. The driver and everyone involved is involved in this con game. It is a terrible way to do business. Remember the price you get means nothing and so does the contract.
