You weren't the first company I attempted to work with but after countless emails & 3-4 days of waiting around and endless follow up I reached out to you and Victor called me back within minutes. I shared my frustration and within 2 hours he'd found a carrier for me, put me in touch with the driver and the deal was completed - all within the day. I had almost given up finding a carrier and was exhausted by the continuous stream of useless emails from your competitors. It's not always about the lowest price, it's also about commitment & accountability - and that's what Victor provided in spades.
