Jessica has been an excellent contact, and has provided continuous updates including after pick-up. In general, however, the broker should clarify in advance to customers that the low rates it advertises make it unlikely to find a carrier within the estimated timeframe. It all worked fine for me only because I was not in a hurry to deliver my car, but this practice can otherwise be frustrating for the customer.
