I was skeptical about MoveWheels since they were one of the lowest bids i got. other brokers kept telling me to be careful because low prices usually mean they will ask for more because carriers will not work for low prices. Mia told me up front that she could find someone and she did at a higher price than quoted, but I understood the price increase and I felt it was reasonable since my transport was supposed to take place while Hurricane Harvey was hitting Texas and demand would be higher after the storm passed. My whole experience was good taking into consideration the delay due to Hurricane Harvey, which effected anyone going from or through Houston. Mia returned my calls promptly, but she did not call me back twice after telling me she would. I was not concerned because I knew carriers had to let the flood waters recede before being able to transport again. My vehicle was delivered to me with no problems right to my new address. I would work with MoveWheels again. Thanks Mia.
