I was contacted by Andrew on 6/11 saying they could pick up my car the next day. Quote started at $550, then added $50 deposit even though they claim no money upfront. Told me driver was in the area on 6/13 am. Called them on 6/14 am and was told driver cancelled. They called me at 2:04 pm and 2:09 pm but didn't leave a message. I called them back at 2:17 pm and left a message. They called at 3:23 pm and told me the price was now $850. When I complained about the lack of customer service, she told me that they had called me several times. When I asked why the price increase she said they didn't have to go by the quote. They said they could get my car transported within a week and they gave me a quote of $550 but the truth is they couldn't deliver on anything.
