First, Mia was never available when I called. Second, we agreed upon a price via email, I signed a contract, but then she sent a second contract for $150 MORE to the other person involved in the car transportation (my dad) without explanation asking for a signature. If I hadn't caught it, I would have been taken advantage of for $150. Then after the original contract price 'was honored' it somehow was still $100 dollars more than we agreed and now I had to pay the driver in cash. What can you do when the driver has your car and wants the money??!! The driver and the transport company seemed on the up and up, but not Mia nor MoveWheels. I feel that I was lied to, was used as part of a bait and switch operation and taken advantage of. It cost me $100 more than our contract and an additional 2 days. Run, Run away.
