My experience with MoveWheels is somewhat confusing. On the part of MoveWheels as a company, in particular, Sal who was our agent, they were great. Fantastic communication giving us the most up to date information that had to provide. The reason for the three stars is because of the company MoveWheels contracted to ship our vehicle. Small back story. Our vehicle was shipped from Washington State to North Carolina, it was picked up on 24 April and estimated delivery for 2 May. 2 days after pick up we inquire about the location of the car, Idaho. Day three we inquire, Montana. Day 5 we are informed that our vehicle actually hadn't left Washington and that the driver/truck company had given false information in order to keep the contract. Unacceptable but not at the fault of MoveWheels. Fast forward to 12 May and the car is delivered safe and sound. MoveWheels in an excellent moving company, if I had to in the future I would use them again, I have a feeling our situation was a by chance fluke.
