From the get go, Val my contact was honest in letting me know the price. He didn't know any of the details about the driver though. I only made contact with the driver, 3 days before the pickup. I wasn't too crazy about that, but it was within the time frame I provided them, so know worries. I was leery about shipping my car for the first time, but when I spoke to Charlie the transport driver, he was honest about the pickup/drop off. I was always in contact with him via cell phone, he delivered my car on the exact day I needed.
