If I must say this has been the worst company I have dealt with to transport a vehicle from point A to point B and I have dealt with a few. This company has no customer service. Every time you try to call you get sent to a voice message that is full therefore you cannot leave a message. The only way to contact them is thru email and then you have to wait for them to email you back. The driver they hired failed to pick up my truck on three separate occasions and then it missed the final delivery deadline on Friday at the end of the day at Crowley shipping port in New Jersey. I had to have them drop off my truck to friends a house in Jersey so that I have a peace of mind knowing that my vehicle would be secured until I can get it to the port on Monday. After emailing back this company and letting them know that I should be given a discount for the services not rendered they would like to only deduct $50 off of the total price of $950. Yet they did not fulfill their contract. I would NOT recommend using BWT Group dba MOVE Wheel or the dispatch Carrier WESTFILED TRANSPORT .
