After no phone calls from this company for a 29 Dec (my birthday) pick up. I pulled them up online and discovered all the complaints. So I had to call American Express and report this company's behavior, which led to a new card being issued. The bid was lower than almost all, but no return calls. I will look forward to showing the judge all the reviews in court if it comes to that, but I can not trust from the reviews that a driver will be at my location at 4PM as promised and then if one does I could be victim to price inflation. As a US Government employee, I refuse to receive poor service or be treated this way.
