These people are liars and cheats. I had a quote in writing in a text message for $950 including all taxes, fees and insurance. Then the price went to $1,000, then they wanted $1,025. They told me they would charge a $169 deposit and I would pay the net. Then the driver needed $1,000 and they still then charged me $169 on top of the $1,000 I paid the driver. The person I was dealing with twice sent me messages they would pick up the car "tomorrow", which in both cases was the wrong day.
