We bought a car off of ebay for my daughter for college. We originally signed with BWT Group. The auto transport business has become very shady and full of brokers that bombard you with phone calls and emails with prices all over the spectrum. We had a competing company put in a second invoice bid much higher than BWT, so after waiting over 10 days we had to end our contract with BWT. The car just didn't move, there were no driver offers and BWT refunded our deposit. We listed the car two more times. Spoke with many brokers who "tried" to help us. After a month of getting the run around, we were preparing to go get the car ourselves, just out of sheer disgust!!! Tati called and even though we no longer had a contract with her, she had found a driver. We finally got our daughter's car 2 days later.
