Oksi was very helpful. I initially was going through Price Right Auto Transport and thought I made the right decision. The owner even said he would cut a deal for me because I was a Michigan grad. He promised to contact me before Labor Day to set up the transport of my car (I moved across the country for graduate school). I called him after not hearing from him and he said he was on his way back to the office and would call me within 15 minutes. This was on Labor Day and I was set to fly one way from Michigan to California on the 8th of September (so that Thursday). Wednesday rolled around and I called Price Right and no one got back to me so I accepted a bid from Oksi and my car was picked that day! I ended up paying $25 more but it was definitely worth it. My car was picked up Wednesday morning and I received it Saturday morning. Very satisfied customer!
I will be used this company again if I ever have to make a long distance move.
