They won the bid to ship my BMW K74 from Delaware to California. They where late on pickup on the Delaware side, forcing the seller to have to deal with them loading very late at night, after 10pm, when they had said they would be there at 4pm. That however is a minor issue.
Val, the man I dealt with on the phone told me I need to pay 200 dollars via credit card before delivery. Which I did. On delivery I would have to pay either cash or money order, as they do not take personal checks. I paid his delivery men $750.00 cash, plus a $50.00 dollar tip. Val then claimed that I never paid, and I just discovered charged my card an additional $750.00. So I paid twice. They're thieves.
They are dishonest, do NOT do business with them. I will be reporting them to their State Better Business Bureau, and the national BBB. Then seeking to sue in small claims.
