I spoke with Scott one of move wheels’ customer service representative on a Monday of my intent to transport a car from Pennsylvania to California. He was very courteous, understood my needs the first time, and told me that he would not charge me a deposit until he had a carrier for the car verified. We had a few calls with the driver after the car was shipped and a few emails from there after that. Overall, it was a good experience and I was happy with the service.
