Dear Belita, we apologize for inconveniences. You manager Juliya did her best to assign the driver for you, she spent a huge amount of time trying to find the carrier for your order. Your route was among unpopular ones, that's why the only one carrier company that agreed to perform it, put that price. From our side we did everything to help you, and Juliya got almost no money from your order, because prices increase greatly from March and we covered part of the order at the expense of our company.
