Yana was excellent. She knew that I had to have the car picked up and I was going to use another vendor. She went ahead and called me on the following day to find out if my car had been shipped yet. I told her no and that I was unhappy with the lack of service promised. She took the order and had my car picked up that day and delivered the next day. She continued to stay in touch with me throughout the process until I received my car.. She was excellent and because of her I was able to get the car to NY and use her vendor as she was kind, persistent and customer service oriented.. THANK YOU YANA!!!
