I made the initial order online and followed up with a phone call shortly before the first available date for pick-up. Yana was courteous and responsive to my questions. A driver named Jozsef from Torok Transport was located, and my car was on the way just one day after the first available date. I was kept informed of time of pick-up, the driver's progress along the way, and when he would arrive. The experience was totally positive.
