We had to move across country for our work this year and needed to transport our brand new suv. The prices going from CA to NY are cheaper than going from NY to California, so I did shop around. I contacted Yana as one of several quotes in April of 2015. She was the only person I had phoned who followed up with me and explained what drives the costs up going east to west. I am a very busy businesswoman and Yana was patient and must have followed up 6 times, which was necessary since there were so many things going on preparing for our East coast to West coast move. Even tho English is not Yana's first language, she was clear, polite, as accurate as possible, very patient, and professional and facilitated the process between payment and pickup, to delivery. Our car was delivered a day early and in perfect condition. The driver was clean and you would have never known he was driving all night.....seemed very reliable. I highly recommend Move Wheels and Yana is really a great worker- I would use them again. Thank you for excellent service.
