Was very disappointed. The car arrived (yes, on time) but damaged and dirty. There was a problem with the drivers side window. When they went to roll it down it stuck. Fine, probably not their fault, yes they contacted me and made sure I signed off on it. They also promised to cover the window for the trip across the country. This was in the middle of winter and with storms. My car arrived - no window covering - the inside was filthy and wet and has never been the same.

Will NEVER use again.

We actually contacted this customer when the problem arrose, and recommended that an enclosed carry be used for this transport as our insurance
