After posting my original review showing my concerns about my truck delivery, I received a very inappropriate late night phone call from BBK Transport, screaming at me and using profanity for leaving my review. My review was honest, truthful and only the facts. As stated in my initial review, I just wanted an update on the day the truck was supposed to be delivered to the destination. On this late night phone call he says "you can not call me 5 times a day" I never called 5 times a day. I only called to find out where my truck was at. Since the 3 - 12 hour advanced notice at each end never happened.

The response to my initial review by BKK Transport was not truthful either. I NEVER once asked for my truck to be shipped for free, I paid the initial deposit immediately upon booking the transport and did not hesitate to pay the driver in cash per the contract when the truck was delivered.

This late night phone call was extremely disturbing and very degrading. He actually yelled at me over the phone "do you think you are some kind of big shot, you son of a bit**. I could not believe the lack of professionalism on the part of BKK Transport.

VERY RUDE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - EVER

SAME CUSTOMER LEAVING SECOND TIME REVIEW FOR HIS VEHICLE CHEVY C20 SHIPPING THAT IS FALSE BECAUSE HE WAS HAPPY FOR NO REASON . WAS CALLING 5 TIMES A DAY FOR NO REASON . HE WAS TOLD TIME AND DATE OF DELIVERY TOO AND HE KEPT CALLING AND ASKING 5 TIMES EVERY DAY AND PHONE DID NOT STOP RINGING . REDICILOUS.W EHAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS THE PROBLEM . THE DRIVER CALLED HIM 3 TO 12 HOURS NOTICE PRIOR DELIVERY AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE . IS JUST STRANGE .
