The overall process worked perfectly. Mike was friendly and helpful, and very knowledgeable. The payment process was arranged so that money was collected only after the pickup was done. The pickup was done the next day after I requested the shipment. I had all of the shipper's details and contact information by the close of business the day the bike was picked up. It was picked up on a Friday, and delivered early the following Wednesday. The shipper selected used excellent equipment, gave me good information on his expected arrival time, and did an excellent job of securing the bike in the transporter.
