What a rip off! Liars and cheaters

I had a horrible experience with this company. I should've follow my instincts not to trust this company. First, the email and promotions they send me on my email looks like scam. Second, I paid $170 brokers fee to them and made a money transfer to Florence Fishman NY. Third, they are rude and unethical business people!
I bought a car from the auction and hire them to pick up my car. This Maria lady and Al or Anthony same guy use difernt names, told me I should pay the brokers fee upfront to pick up the car. I paid a money gram that they wanted me to do so and made a money transfer to them. I made a couple of phone calls to them because I've been really suspicious and they really found out bad reviews. I keep asking them if there's any additional charges because I didn't want to pay any extra charges. He became so irritated and gave me an attitude, and after that he threaten me that he will drop my car off somewhere because I was impatient. until suddenly someone called me from other transporter and I asked them if they know anything about Presidential Movers. They told me they know them and they made a quick track on my vehicle, he told me that the price of the shipping is $800. I was suprised because the contract we agreed was $670. So I called Anthony or Al or whatever his name is about the price of the shipping. He yelled at me and told me he's dropping my car off somewhere without telling me where he's dropping it off. I was so pissed and contacted the local police department because I believe I was victimized. The cops came to his office but they told me he's already gone and there are tons and tons of complaints to this company, and he's not suprised on what happened to me. I went to FBI the next day and made a complaint to shut his office down because he's ripping a lot of people off, using different kinds of names, like Presidential Movers, Available Logistics, AAA Available I also talked to my instructor, who is also a lawyer (because I am taking law courses with him right now), and told me I should push my case even further to invoke their license before they rip up more people.
Stay away, and don't even try to use this company.

we had nothing but problems with this customer in that there were no keys when the car was picked up and there was no effort to get the keys to the tow yard, so that the trucker could pickup the car. We were given all kinds of excuses that the keys were sent to someone, we are still waiting for someone to say that they received the keys. Our trucker was patiently waiting to pick up the car until he gave up. al1 at 04/10/2012 07:43 AM: "As a result of your actions in this matter we are canceling your order and will be refunding your deposit less any charges, as per contract. The car was picked up by the trucker as contracted and was to be transported to the destination, when the driver was told to drop the car at a terminal and cancel the order, he brought it to Island Express, 150 Townline rd, kings park, ny, telephone number 631-544-4435, the charges of $100.00 to be paid at time of pickup by you in cash will be required. As far as we are concerned we have met the contract conditions. Dispatch"
