First Larry,Al,Bob all the same guy. This seems to be a one man show. For price they were not the lowest but they do talk a good game. My first price was $575.00 for the move. $175.00 to them for the booking fee and $400.00 to the driver for the move. They sent me my contract " Contact person was Larry at this point" and just give us the deposit and you are all set. My contract was sent "Contract guy is Al" and a date was set to get the car after i sign the contract. Contract was signed and returned and all was well. Email from "Larry" returned about contract. I was all set they got the $175.00 deposit and $400.00 to the driver per his email when i get the car.

Transport company got the car on 8/24/2011. 8/25/2011 email from "Bob Stone". They are going to get my car on 8/25 and the move cost is now $750.00. Return email to "Bob" that the cost was to be $575.00 per my contract for the move. Reply from "Bob" that i never did sign my contract. Return email to "Bob" with a copy of the email from "Larry" that my contract was signed and the cost was $575.00 for the move. Phone call from "Bob" that i need to read my contract part 16. Also reply from "Bob" that he never got the email i sent from "Larry" about my contract. Now you claim i never signed a contract but i need to read my contract? At this point i did not know the transport company did get the car on 8/24/2011.

8/25/2011 The transport company has my car. Bob told me i have no contract." Bob" tells me i need to read my contract that he said i never did sign. Now my reply to all this was not to move my car. Yet you got my car on 8/24 and you tell me on 8/25 you are going to get my car that day?And if i refuse to sign my new contract the car will be dropped in a lot and i have to pay storage. So they hold your car hostage until you pay the new rate. My best advice to you is do not use this guy. It is the old bait and switch.

the customer was fully aware of the broker fee and should not even be questioning it, since he was told by Bob Stone and the contract. See excerpt from contract below.
