Never picked up the car when they said they would. We had to drop off car at terminal 1+ hours from our home. They charged full amount and then didn't pay trucker. Trucker wanted us to pay him!!! We refused. Trucker finally paid one week later. We paid for DOOR-to DOOR service and didn't get it. My son is on his way to pick up car in Denver. Hope it's not damaged or worse yet, lisence plate is missing. That has happened to me before! New comopany name is A Eastern Connection, AVOID at all cost. VERY RUDE!
